update to “oh hey!” published may 2021

I get asked about the “oh hey!” post fairly frequently. People want to know what happened when I got together with Sue. Did I ask her why she blew us off? Did she own it or did she deny any wrongdoing? At the time I wrote the blog post, I had plans to see Sue the following week after not hearing from her for three years since the “oh hey!” blowoff of 2015. I am sad to report that I did not see Sue that week or any other time. When I tried to firm up our plans to get together, she did not respond. I drove by her house last year and saw that it was for sale so I don’t even know if she has remained in the area or moved away. Is it possible that she read the blog and decided to flee the country? I would say that is a very remote possibility. I will hold out hope that we will someday run into each other so that I can thank her for giving me some great material and my one and only cliffhanger in this entire blog. And, yes, we are still very good friends with Bob and Carol.
